Green glazed composition (faience) amuletic figure of a monkey, bound in a silver wire mount ; mould-made and covered with a blue-green glaze, mostly worn away; standing figure of a monkey on a low base; the mount consists of two wires of metal twisted around each other which bind the front, back and feet of the amulet, it is threaded through a perforation hole at the back of the figure, with a loop at the top for suspension.
