Pendant cross with a central oval and four smaller roundels, each containing a painted enamel on both front and back. In gold settings the table-cut gemstones are placed between the cardinal points. The enamels represent: on one side St Joseph with infant Jesus in centre, the Sacred Monogram and three nails, St Roche, MAR in monogram (Virgin Mary) and St Sebastian. On the other side Madonna and Child with inscription, God the Father, St John the Evangelist, Holy Ghost and St John the Baptist. Engraved suspension loop.
