Copper alloy hinged collar. Decorated in La Tène style, repeated as almost exact mirror-images on each arm. The basic pattern was cast in the mould, then a stipple outline was engraved around the design and in parts of the background. Twenty-six shallow holes were drilled into the metal, to hold inlays which no longer survive; with a further eight triangular settings for red glass 'enamel', of which some survive.
