War (?) Banner: consisting of 17 narrow strip plain woven natural coloured cotton strips hand sewn together selvedge to selvedge to produce a five sided shape. The banner is supported by one substantial wooden pole. The banner is sporadically decorated with charms made from leather, reptile skin and fur which are attached using leather thongs. The entire banner is painted with Arabic script (refer to images).
