Pottery: black-figured amphora with a procession, sporting events and entertainments. The athletic events are a boxing match watched by a boy with a sponge and oil-flask, a pipe-player and umpire; a discus thrower; a javelin thrower; a man wearing a helmet performing a jump, and a chariot race, the winner passing the finishing post. Other entertainments include a boy climbing a pole, satyrs dancing, veiled women walking or dancing and boys playing castanets.
