Woman's square head-veil (khayatiya) made of orange silk edged with gold and silver covered thread which is worked into lacey openwork border. The veil is embroidered with flat gold covered thread (till) with floral motifs, including jasmine flowers, and in the centre a densely-worked six-pointed star set within a circle. Flat gold covered thread is also threaded through the silver 'lace'. At opposing corners are gold covered thread tassels decorated with tiny sequins.
