A wool bag, squarish in shape. Made from one piece of weft face tabby woven fabric, folded in half, with different patterning on each side. The most ornate has a large, framed, diamond pattern in the centre, with half-diamonds above and below, surrounded by geometric infill, worked in discontinuous supplementary weft (?), using white and yellow cotton and pink, red, green, blue, maroon and brown wool yarns. The reverse has coloured bands of different widths: orange, blue, red, brown and blue/black. The handle is made from a red and yellow wool braid, doubled, and sewn to the outer top of the bag.
