Description
Core-formed glass amphoriskos.
Opaque light blue and opaque orange trails, translucent cobalt blue body and handles.
Broad, inward-sloping rim-disc, tool-marks on upper and under surfaces; tallish, cylindrical neck joining sloping shoulder in obtuse-angled curve; tall, ovoid body; base-knob with convex edge, flat on under-side. Two vertical handles, round or oval in section dropped on shoulder, drawn up and folded inward to junction of rim and neck.
Unmarvered orange trail round edge of lip. Another, marvered, dropped on underneath rim and wound down, at first, on neck and shoulder, in straight revolutions, then, on upper half of body, in broad zigzag panel in which a light blue trail mingles with it. Round bottom edge of this a single independent orange trail and below it a single light blue one. Mingled orange trail on base-knob.
