'Trembleuse' Cup and Saucer; soft-paste porcelain; handleless cup highly translucent; ribbed moulding on body of bell-shaped cup with shallow foot, and on deep saucer, except near the rim; the saucer has a gallery in the centre, and shallow foot; both are painted in underglaze-blue with stylised flowers alternating with bushes on pedestals near the rim and a zigzag on the foot of the cup, the outside of the gallery and the outer surface of the saucer; two blue lines unevenly painted on cup interior and outer edge of foot-rim.
