Earthenware pilgrim flask with a round body. The mouth is largely lost. On side (a), within a plain border, is a relief inscription, the letters between raised lines, above the inscription is an uncertain pattern between trilobate leaves. On side (b) is a scalloped 'ring' star, with studs in each scallop, surrounding a disc with a sunken four-petalled rosette or cross. Light orange-brown clay; traces of a white post-firing dressing survive.
