Mount with nine admission tickets / invitations. Text within [] indicates handwritten notes:
J,9.190: Ticket, inscribed "Pitt Check"; in roundel with olive branches, flanked by half length female figures, flourishes, and garlands. Dated by Banks 1797.
J,9.191: Invitation and admission ticket to dine with the Gentlemen of Derbyshire, "Sir, the favor of your company is desired to dine with the Gentlemen of Derbyshire, on Tuesday the 12th of May 1789, at 4 o'Clock, being their Anniversary at the Crown and Anchor Tavern in the Strand. The Rt Honble Earl of Harrington in the Chair". With list of stewards, and "Tickets 7s.6d". Shield at top with crown and rose, flanked by palms, with garlands hanging below and surrounding lettering; at bottom in hanging oval a stag enclosed by fence. Stamped with seal. Printed in green.
