Cast high-tin copper alloy triangular buckle plate. Frame in relief with two crude ridges around a plain central sunken field, too shallow for inlay, and a line of five punched dots along the edge nearest the loop. Two lateral lobes and a basal lobe are each decorated with punched single ring-and-dot motif. On the back along the central axis are two deep pierced lugs for attachment, one with the remains of ?leather.
