A small armless vest made from dark blue dyed cotton, hemmed around the neckline, armholes and bottom using strips of white cotton that have a trinagular design cut into the top edge. The shoulders, neck and front are decorated with hand embroidered panels; the two outside panels display the same design. The embroidery is excuted using red, green, yellow, white and orange silks. The patterns are abstract geometric combinations which are similar to those found on amulets, bags, containers and other artefacts.
