A sleek balance of functionality and style, the BP Lecture Theatre has very comfortable fixed tiered seating for 323 people, plus a raised stage with lectern and impressive Sony 4K Digital Projector and cinema-style screen. A control room provides access to state-of-the-art audio visual equipment.

Included in the hire of the BP Theatre is the East Foyer, an elegant curved space suitable for registration, refreshments, displays, branding and cloakroom, with 248m² of space which can accommodate between eight and ten exhibition stands
All delegates can be served a standing lunch or drinks reception here for 330, and up to 150 people can enjoy a seated meal. A 'Green Room' is provided for speakers and VIPs which has easy access to the main stage.
The BP Theatre and East Foyer are both wheelchair accessible.
