Departmental administration, including loans, is in the hands of Ana Munoz, Ewa Kazmierczak and Maureen Welby.
The Study Room supervisor is Angela Roche, assisted by Christopher Coles and Enrico Zanoni.
Barbara Canepa deals with the departmental library.
Camila Oliveira de Athayde, Chizuko Owada and Marianne Yule are cataloguing prints before 1900.
Isabel Seligman and Sarah Jaffray are working on the Bridget Riley Art Foundation exhibition project 'Lines of Thought'.
Angela Bodart receives visitors in the Study Room lobby and deals with the delivery of post.

The work of the department is supported by a team of Museum Assistants and administrative staff.
