Dame Vivian Hunt, DBE
Dame Vivian Hunt is the Managing Partner for McKinsey & Company's UK and Ireland offices.
Dame Vivian previously led the company's Pharmaceutical & Medical Products practice in EMEA and continues to advise a broad range of clients on the topics of performance improvement, productivity growth and leadership. She was previously named 'the most influential black woman in Britain' by the Powerlist Foundation and The Financial Times identified her as one of the 'European Women to Watch' and more recently as one 'the 30 most influential people in the City of London'.
Dame Vivian is on the board of several important business groups in the UK, including BritishAmerican Business, the CBI London Council and the Mayor of London's Business Advisory Board. She's a member of the UK government-backed Industrial Strategy Council and the Trilateral Commission.
Dame Vivian is a trustee of The Henry Smith Charity, Chair of HRH Prince of Wales' Business in the Community's "Seeing is Believing" programme and sits on the Advisory Council of Teach First's Business Leaders' Council. She's a member the Southbank Centre and on the board of the US-UK Fulbright Commission.
Dame Vivian is an alumna of Harvard College and received her MBA from Harvard Business School.
