Mrs Delany and Her Circle
An exhibition about the life, world and work of Mary
Delany.
At the age of 72, Mary Delany (1700–88) began her remarkable
series of 1000 flower collages. Examples are shown alongside her
embroidery, shellwork and landscape sketches and placed in the
context of 18th-century English society.
