This exhibition provides a rare opportunity for students to engage
with objects from the astonishing collections of the National Commission for Museums and Monuments in Nigeria and to investigate the fascinating art, history and archaeology of Ife and
pre-colonial West Africa.

The exhibition’s focus is particularly relevant to Key Stages 3 and 4 in Art and History but also provides an opportunity to explore cross-curricular themes appropriate for students of all ages.
