Thomasina Miers, MasterChef winner and owner of restaurant chain Wahaca, shares her passion for Mexican food and demonstrates simple recipes.

Thomasina spent a year in Mexico before opening Wahaca. She now has several cookery books to her name and her new book on Mexican cookery will be published in March 2010. She co-presented the Channel Four series The Wild Gourmets and A Cook's Tour of Spain.
