A high-profile panel will discuss issues relating
to identity and politics in Mexico today. Chaired by writer and broadcaster Jon Snow, with an introductory talk by Neil MacGregor, Director of the British Museum.

Panellists include Alan Knight, Professor of the History of Latin America, University of Oxford, Jose-Juan Lopez-Portillo, D.Phil student in Mexican history, Gordon Brotherston, Honorary Professor, University of Manchester and Juan Galindo, former member of the Centre for International Studies at
El Colegio de México.
