From the cleverest clock of the 18th century to celebrated antiquities such as the Coleridge Lanx, National Treasures brings together diverse objects from museums across Britain to highlight the work of the National Heritage Memorial Fund (NHMF).

NHMF was conceived as a ‘memorial’ for the British people who died during World War II. It provides public bodies and charities with funding to buy, maintain and preserve land, buildings or objects of outstanding value.

From 14 October, to mark its Silver Jubilee, you can witness these unique examples of the organisation’s work and find out where to enjoy NHMF- supported projects across the country.

Supported by AXA Art, Christie's and Farrer & Co.
