Retail Sales Manager
We are looking for a talented and highly motivated retailer who
can deliver the highest standards of service to our customers.
The successful candidate will work with the Director of
Buying and Retail Sales on retail strategy, be responsible for the
overall performance of our shops and a team of nine managers
and 60 staff and work closely with buying and merchandising to
influence product performance and choice.
We are looking for someone with a minimum
of five years' retail management experience with a
leading retailer, with an emphasis on sales and customer
service.
You will be IT literate with
strong organisational skills and the ability to lead by
example, develop, manage and motivate a team. You will
also be able to demonstrate a record of raising standards and
achieving performance targets, experience of modern management
systems and financial reporting and analysis, strong communication
and problem solving skills.
