Megan Gooch joined the museum in 2008 having previously worked
at Spink, where she was involved in cataloguing, buying and selling
coins, and producing the Numismatic Circular. Her
responsibility at the Museum is to manage and improve the HSBC
Money Gallery and to update the contents of the central display
case several times a year.
Her numismatic interests include Viking and Anglo-Saxon coinage,
medieval European coinage and British coinage in general.
