Surface finds
Only 23 objects have been recorded in the register specifically
as surface finds. Some, such as the sling bullets and inscribed
clay balls are of types that occur in settlement rather than
mortuary contexts but others may be from either.

numbered S.1 to S.23.
Miscellaneous finds
A number of items registered in the collection are
likely to have come from Enkomi, either from the Turner
Bequest excavations (or through the British Museum agents Christian
and Williamson) or from later visits to the site. As their
exact origin remains uncertain, they have been grouped together in
this catalogue.
