Publications

Naukratis has been the topic of scholarly studies ever since its rediscovery 130 years ago (and even before). Here is a list of the main excavation reports and of some of the most important subsequent studies, as well as the publications of the Naukratis project so far.

Once completed, the British Museum Online research catalogue will provide a comprehensive overview of finds from the site alongside analytical essays.
