Description
Pottery Late Helladic (Mycenaean) straight-sided alabastron (small jar), of Furumark type FS 95; wheel-made; slightly rounded base; short neck with flaring rim; two raised horizontal handles on the shoulder; made of fine buff clay and slip, decorated with reddish brown semi-lustrous paint: encircling bands on shoulder, body and base, solid neck and handles.
