Terracotta naked female figure of the 'Astarte' type in Egyptianising style, probably a depiction of a goddess; solid, made in a one-piece mould, plain back showing signs of shaving with a tool; the woman is naked, with her hands held along the side of the body; the feet jut out of the bottom forming a kind of base; plump, rounded face with large ears; solid masses of wig-like hair fall swept behind the ears fall on each side of the head to rest on the top of the breasts; made of fine buff clay back with traces of red paint on the hair.
