Ushnupata
Ushnupata is a Late Horizon Inca structure located near an ancient lakebed and comprises a single tier platform measuring 15.30m in length by 12.80m in width. It is constructed from finely fitting polygonal ashlar stonework.

Located on a low rise or hill, it separates two parts of a valley which gradually falls away to the west and opens up to lower lying agricultural fields and terrace systems.
The community cemetery is located on a level area below the site slightly to the north-west.
