Some of the material excavated by John Myres during his work around Lapithos and Karavas in 1913 was donated to the Ashmolean Museum, Oxford. This included a terracotta figurine of female worshipper of a type similar to some found in the cave sanctuary as well as some sherds of Iron Age date (especially White Painted and Black Slip wares). I am grateful to Dr Anja Ulbrich of the Antiquities Department of the Ashmolean Museum for this information.
