Iron buckle counter-plate: trapezoidal with profiled edge and silver inlaid and encrusted and brass inlaid wiry Style II animal interlace of 3 loops in the centre, a gridded oval in loop at the head end; ladder-patterned borders; two of three attachment rivets remain.
