Consolidate, repair and re-pack as necesaary.
The fragments are very dirty and fragile. They were backed with a type of netting and a melinex sheet.
All fragments were checked and the ones which needed any stabilisation work were stabiled by using HMG heatproof and waterproof adhesive (cellulose nitrate). The dust was removed by using a puffer. A correx box was made with a plastazote cut out to place the fragments.
