Silver counter-plate to a buckle, damaged, with the tip and part of one long edge missing. At the broad edge are two rivets-holes, one with a dome-headed rivet in situ. Decorated with a punched design similar to buckles 1939,1010.137 and 138, with a band of punched triangles running along the edges, and anothed running down the centre line of the plate. Excavated from Area C and shoes complex.
