Text from catalogue of the Hull Grundy Gift (Gere et al) no. 1185:
Said by the donor to have been retailed by the Maison Boucheron, Paris. The mark may be taht of G. Lenfant, 47 rue des Petits Champs, Paris, GL flanking a bird's wing below a dice. (Charlotte Gere).
