Inscription CommentShun'ei, Katsukawa

Reason for treatment
De-mount, re-inlay and re-mount.
There is overall surface and ingrained dirt. Brown staining along the top, middle and bottom edge possibly water damage. Insect damage along left hand and right hand edges. Lined with a Japanese paper. The type of inlay using an esparto paper with chamfered edge has resulted in slight cockling of the print.
Detach from mount. Remove adhesive residue from all four sides. Press. Re-inlay.
