A long rectangular towel, 'mantilia'. Made of natural cream twill woven cloth (weft dominant). A cream centre field, containing a central band (green, red and orange) framed by two grouped red bands. A deep border at each warp end, comprising bands of colour, predominantly red, with green, yellow, orange and black bands. The warp ends are plied and finished with small yellow, green, red and orange tassels.
