A weaving-sample; a length of striped shot silk; black weft. Tabby woven; plain area (and for 8.5 cms at opposite selvedge) pink/purple. Repeating groups of stripes have pink/lilac and red orange tones. Chemically dyed yarns. Warp ends raw. Unused.
