Reason for treatment
Remove creases (in gallery). Clean silver thread.
Organics: Textile element good, slightly creased. Metals: Silver thread slightly tarnished.
Organics: Removed creases with application of steam. Metals: Silver thread cleaned using a synthetic plastic eraser pen (Berol), and then residues removed by light brushing with a paint brush, and swabbing with acetone.
