A rectangular cloth; for making up into one of a pair of slippers? Geometric brocaded bands (selvedges at shorter sides), interrupted by thin dark brown bands; worked in gold-coloured metal-wrapped thread. Light brown silk warp; apricot, brown and grey weft. Warp ends turned and hand stitched. Damage to both selvedges; rents along weft line.
