Surface clean illip
Surface cleaned using cotton wool swabs dampened with distilled water on the yellow painted areas only. Black and red pigmented areas found to be fugitive in water and were brushed with a soft brush only. Pencil markings underneath left. Firing crack in base OK
Acquisition details unknown. An attached undated note states that this object was "unclaimed for ten yrs".
