Lissant Bolton, 23.9.06.Attrib to Lombaha District by Jean Tarisesei (Vanuatu) on the basis of the stencil design, which is only used in North Ambae. Mostly worn by women around the waist at ceremonies such as marriage and pig-killing (not for general wear). Boys can also wear these. The deisng is possibly tang bwang bakeo (shark belly).
