Clean to remove tarnish, and light green corosion products. Use of polish may be necessary.
Tarnished and surface dirt.
Cleaned using Hotel silver dip (acidified thiourea), applied using swabs. Gently polished using Silvo silver and chrome (cotton wadding,white spirit,Newburgh chalk,china clay). Washed in Industrial methylated spirits (ethanol,methanol) applied on swabs. Gently polished using Goddard's long term silver cloth (comp. unknown).
