Woman's blouse (cămaşă cu platcă), cotton, with square neck and yoke, full sleeves gathered at shoulders and cuffs; the neck with embroidered cut work all round, in the form of a panel at front and back and narrow border at sides, the embroidery all in cream and beige. A narrow band of smocking below the cut work panels at front and back, with an embroidered cut work frill at the front. The back of the neck strengthened with a double thickness of fabric. At the shoulders, two further embroidered cut work frills and a band of embroidered cut work. Gathered cuffs with embroidered cut work border, and a band of multicoloured cotton thread embroidery. A separate piece of fabric added at hem.
