  • Curator's comments

In this work on paper, Banisadr brings together different techniques of print making, painting and drawing in order to bring the landscape and figures to life. He uses a roller loaded with colour across the paper and then draws tiny figures to emerge from the landscape. His aim is that the viewer feels as though they are investigators looking for a clue. This series of work on paper are meant to mimic film negatives.
