Description
Tile; tin-glazed earthenware; square; transfer-printed in black; Mlle Camargo dancing to a pipe and drum; rococo border with leafy stems either side and musical instruments above. The design is adapted from Laurent Cars' engraving of Lancret's picture of the same subject in the Wallace Collection.
