    For display as part of ASD21 (5 Nov. 2009 - 3 Jan. 2010). Mr. Hoshino, one of the leading manga artists working in Japan today, has announced his intention to draw nine whole episodes of the story Munakata kyōju ikōroku (Professor Munakata’s Case Records) relating the British Museum, which will be serialised in the magazine Big Comic and then available for BMP to produce as a single volume in English translation.
    The artist has commented on this drawing as follows:
    “Writing? I don’t see any writing. So where’s it carved?”
