An unusual piece of propaganda. “... the peculiar nature of Japanese women, of which they themselves may well be proud, is their inner quality of harmonizing spiritual beauty with virtue.” Most of the images are by Kimura Ihei, but the book also includes pictures by Nojima Yasuzo, Numano Ken, Watanabe Yoshio and others. Seven copies in OCLC. (Titus Boeder, 4/2007)
