- Curator's comments
- This bi-monthly magazine for amateurs was published by Konishi Honten, the famous photo-supply store (now Konica), from 1917 onwards. Initially the editor was Takakuwa Katsuo (1883-1955). The present volumes represent an interesting group documenting the transition from the Taisho to the Showa period, from geijutsu shashin to shashin geijutsu. The present magazine was absorbed by Shashin Geppo in 1934. No copy in OCLC. (Titus Boeder, 4/2007)
