    Bowl with celadon glaze

    The base carries an inscription in underglaze blue which reads 萬曆辛卯如城家藏 (Wanli xinmao Ru cheng jia cang ‘Xinmao year of the Wanli period [AD 1591], the Ru family collection). Outside the bowl is covered with a pale celadon glaze.
