Room 95 label text: PDF 609 Vase with morning glory flowers This vase is decorated with a morning glory flower scroll in underglaze blue. The form of this vase is based on metalwork probably bronze. Inside the foot is a poorly written Xuande mark in underglaze blue. This design was copied in highly stylised versions in several Qing dynasty reigns from the Kangxi period (AD 1662–1722) onwards.
