Published to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the Sogetsu School of Ikebana which was founded by Teshigawara Sofu (1900-1979) one of the great innovators of the art of flower arranging. This books documents the wide range of Sogetsu ikebana styles in monastic, traditional and modern settings including some outstanding outdoor flower installations. Beautifully printed.
